We at, Robins Nest Daycare believe that our program and services offer developmentally appropriate curriculum and we strive to enhance social, emotional, physical and intellectual growth in young children. Our program fosters curiosity, creativity and self-esteem by taking into account children’s abilities and interest. Child initiated and teacher supported play is an essential component of our program.
Our Philosophy
My next challenge for my career was to become accredited as well as receive our parent aware rating, in which we did this as well.
As a parent of 4 children, I am very lucky to have them growing up in our Hastings community as well as learning and developing in quality childcare program and am blessed to have them in such a great program. They have fabulous teachers that are highly education and experienced and work with them as if they were their own children.
I look forward to spending each day with the children and watching them grow over the years. After many years open now in our community, it is so great to see how successful these children have become. I love to see them out and about in Hastings!
Our goals now are to work with parents, children and staff on a regular basis thus encouraging the growth of your child’s development. We have developed a safe, fun, encouraging, and nourishing environment and we can’t wait to get to know you and your family to make this possible.
I look forward to meeting you!
I was raised in a family of seven where my mom did home daycare out of our home in the country. I truly loved the atmosphere that I grew up in and wanted to have this opportunity for my own children as well as the children in our community. I followed my childhood dream and chose my career path and educational background accordingly. Little did I know that one year after opening my home daycare, I would have the opportunity to move on to a more challenging journey of opening a daycare center with a "home like" feel.
Welcome to Robin’s Nest-Daycare. What do you want to be when you grow up?! This is something many people can remember being asked when they were younger. To this day many people ask children that same question. My answer to that question was known at a very young age. I always had the dream to work with young children in a warm loving environment.
